La Banque de France et l’Université Paris Dauphine- PSL organise une conférence intitulée « Financial Intermediation and Monetary Policy: Recent Trends and New Challenges” dans le siège de la Banque de France à Paris, le 25 novembre 2024.

Background 
The conference features high-quality theoretical and empirical papers on topics related to financial intermediation and monetary policy. The presented papers focus on issues such as the transmission of monetary policy through banks, the relationship between banking competition and monetary policy, bank funding in the context of fluctuating interest rates, the impact of digital transformation on financial intermediation, and the implications of Fintech and new financial products and services for monetary policy.

The keynote speaker is Prof. Robin Greenwood (Harvard Business School and NBER).
