The Banque de France, a sui generis public entity, adheres to the provisions of the Code de la Commande Publique (French Public Procurement Code) for the award of its contracts. As such, the Banque de France complies with the main principles of public procurement: freedom of access to public procurement; equal treatment of applicants; and transparency of procedures.
