IT procurement (SAI)

The IT Procurement Division (SAI – Service des Achats Informatiques) is responsible for a wide range of requirements, from critical infrastructure to software and cloud solutions, and incorporating cybersecurity and digital innovation challenges. The division manages strategic IT contracts and works with its technology partners in an approach focused on efficient and responsible public procurement.

Real estate procurement (SAIM)

The Real Estate Procurement Division (SAIM – Service des Achats Immobiliers) is responsible in particular for the procurement of construction works and related services, building maintenance, utilities (electricity, gas, etc.) and occupant services.

Les achats spécifiques des domaines (SASPE)

Specific procurement for the business sectors (SASPE)

The Specific Procurement for the Business Sectors Division (SASPE – Service des Achats Spécifiques des Domaines) is responsible for all procurement other than IT and real estate for the Banque de France's activities, including purchases related to cash management and branch network activities, human resources, communication and other cross-functional procurement.

Procurement and ordering process management (SPAC)

The Procurement and Ordering Process Division (SPAC – Service du Processus des Achats et des Commandes) is responsible for the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, which covers all stages of procurement from the initial query or request to payment of the supplier.
