Julio Ramos-Tallada
Financial Adviser, French Treasury’s regional economic service, Brasilia (on secondment from the Banque de France)
Julio Ramos-Tallada is currently a financial adviser for the French Treasury’s international network in Brasilia (on secondment from the Banque de France). Previously, he was a research rconomist in the Banque de France’s Macroprudential Policy Division, and a senior economist in the International Monetary Relations Division. Before joining the Banque de France in 2011, he worked as a lecturer at Paris Dauphine University, where he received his PhD. His articles deal with topics such as cross-border capital flows, the transmission channels of monetary and financial policies, and emerging countries’ issues.
