The SAI has an agile, expert-based organisational structure, divided into four main procurement categories:

  • Software and Cloud: acquisition and management of business and technical software, regardless of procurement method or use (SaaS, Cloud, on-premise installation), and all Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
     
  • IT Services: external services to support the operation, development and security of the IT system, including technical assistance, application development and maintenance, infrastructure and network management, cybersecurity and IT support services
     
  • Infrastructure and Telecommunications: servers, storage, networks, managed services, data centre and telecommunications services
     
  • Workplace: individual IT equipment, collaboration tools, deployment and user support

    • services and supplies related to maintaining banknote and coin quality and relations with institutional customers
