Jean Barthélemy

Jean Barthélemy is a senior research economist at the DG Economics and International Relations, financial studies division. He graduated from ENSAE (2006) and defended his PhD in Economics (EHESS - Paris School of Economics) in 2011. Previously, Jean Barthélemy was visiting assistant professor at Sciences Po (Paris, France). His work focuses on macroeconomic theory, regime switching, monetary and fiscal policies and operational framework of monetary policy. His articles have been published in journals such as the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control and Macroeconomic Dynamics.
