Economist, Monetary Policy Implementation Division
Carlos Mateo Caicedo Graciano is an economist in the Monetary Policy Implementation Division at the Banque de France, where he contributes to the design, implementation, and analysis of liquidity instruments, with a particular focus on long-term structural refinancing operations within the new operational framework of the Eurosystem. He monitors money market activities and closely follows recent developments in the monetary policy frameworks of major central banks, including the Federal Reserve. He also contributes to the monetary policy strategy through in-depth analysis of the central bank’s balance sheet and continuous engagement with banking sector stakeholders.
