The aim of this workshop is to examine the latest developments in strategic management, reform project management and change management, from the various angles of governance, organisation and information technology (digital), human resources and communication.
In the light of the Banque de France's strategic plan, the current challenges and issues in the central banking environment will be examined, drawing on the experience of participants.

  • Leading reforms: towards collaborative managerial practices
  • Change management and support: levers and tools
  • Digital transformation and innovation
  • Current challenges for central banks' human resources policies: attracting and retaining talent; managing skills and jobs today and in the future; moving towards a collaborative management culture; developing staff capabilities, beyond training
  • Internal and external communication issues

The workshop will focus on debate and interaction between participants, to facilitate the pooling of experience and knowledge among participants, who will be asked to make a significant contribution.


Participants

The workshop will bring together directors and managers with expertise in IT, strategy, human resources, governors' offices or governing bodies, the General Secretariat and communications.
