- Tasks and powers of a supervisory authority in crisis management: the European Central Bank, the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR)
- The legal aspects of supervision in terms of crisis prevention and management: prevention plans, Basel 3 capital, preventive and corrective actions by the supervisory authority
- International, European and French frameworks for the resolution of a credit institution in difficulty: resolution rules and tools, national experiences, Total Loss Absorption Capacities, Minimum Requirement for Eligible Liabilities.
Participants
This seminar is aimed at experts and managers from supervisory and resolution authorities who are in charge of legal departments and divisions that deal with legal issues relating to the supervision, crisis management and resolution of credit institutions.
