HR Conference Why Equity, Diversity and Inclusion matter for Central Banks

The Banque de France, Bank of Canada, Bank of England, Banco de España, Banca d’Italia and European Central Bank (ECB) are organizing the 6th HR conference on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Central Banks, on the morning of 18 November 2025. 

It is intended for central bank staff; managers in HR, Diversity, or Ethics at central banks, in the public and private sectors; members of professional or employee associations, and students in these fields.

The conference will take place in the Banque de France auditorium, 31 Rue Croix des Petits Champs, 75001, Paris. It can be followed via videoconference.

The conference will be held in English with simultaneous interpretation into French.
