Arnaud Manas

Arnaud Manas is the Head of the Banque de France’s Historical Heritage and Archives Division. He is also a Research Fellow at Paris I – Sorbonne University (IDHE.S). He holds a PhD in Economics from AMSE and a PhD in History from Paris I – Sorbonne University. His research fields are the history of the Banque de France, French monetary history and numismatics. He has written several books on gold and the Banque de France’s historica heritage (L’or de Vichy, L’or de la guerre froide, Zweig & la Souterraine, La Galerie dorée de la Banque de France).
