Stronger Together : How to Leverage Europe's Hubs to Boots Productivity

The Banque de France and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) invite you to the launch of the IMF’s Regional Economic Outlook for Europe’s upcoming note on “Stronger Together: How to Leverage Europe’s Hubs to Boost Productivity”. 

 

Speakers will look into the policies that the European Union and its member countries could implement to leverage agglomeration in their efforts to boost productivity.

The event will feature the following speakers:

  • François Villeroy de Galhau, Governor, Banque de France
  • Enrico Letta, President, Jacques Delors Institute, and former Prime Minister of Italy
  • Alfred Kammer, Director, European Department, International Monetary Fund
  • Moderator: Ingrid Feuerstein, Head of the Finance Service, Les Echos

The event will start with welcome remarks by Governor Villeroy de Galhau and a short presentation by Director Kammer, followed by an interactive panel discussion moderated by Ingrid Feuerstein.

This event will take place at Banque de France (31 rue Croix-des-Petits-Champs 75001 Paris) on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 10.30 am CET. For those attending in person (registration on a first come first served basis), a welcome coffee will be offered at 10 am and a light cocktail reception will be held immediately following the event.
