How do I access my company's Banque de France rating?

If you are the legal representative of your company, the rating is communicated to you systematically and free of charge. It is accessible via the i-FIBEN service.

You can also obtain your company’s rating from one of the Banque de France’s offices, and request a personal meeting in order to receive an explanation of the rating assigned.

How do I access my manager indicator?

The manager indicator is communicated to you:

• when it is different from 000: this indicates the presence of a court ruling concerning yourself or concerning at least three companies that you run or have run
• when it returns to 000

You can consult your manager indicator by logging in to or registering with the i-FIBEN service.

If you wish to make a request to rectify your manager indicator, you can submit it:

• either to the office of the Banque de France or Institut d’Émission des Départements d’Outre-Mer (IEDOM) in your geographical area, having provided an official identity document and any relevant documentation enabling the erroneous information to be corrected;
• or by signed letter accompanied by a photocopy of an official identity document and the documentation enabling the erroneous information to be corrected.

How do I access my company’s segmentation?

If your company is eligible for company segmentation, you can access this information by logging in to or registering with the i-FIBEN service.

Accessing the i-FIBEN service

If you already have an i-FIBEN account, you can log in to your i-FIBEN space using your username and password.

If you do not have an i-FIBEN account, you can register with the service.

1. Make an appointment with the Banque de France or IEDOM office in your geographical area, and provide an official identity document and recent company identification document (“k-bis”) for your company.
2. Your username will be given to you and a temporary password will be sent to you later at the email address that you have provided
