Marseille, 15-16 November 2012
Aix-Marseille School of Economics (AMSE) and Banque de France organized their first yearly Labor Market Conference.
With unemployment rising and potential growth faltering, labor market reform has become more necessary than ever in OECD countries. Divergences remain however vivid regarding the direction of reforms: Which labor contracts? What role for labor taxation? Which minimum wages? What role for labor relations ? This conference will try to address these questions through paper presentations, a round table and a lecture.
The conference took place on the 15th and 16th of November 2012 in Banque de France (place Estrangin Pastré, Marseille) and at Vieille Charité (2 Rue de la Charité, Marseille). You may find the program here, the papers here and a synthesis here.
Organizing Committee: Gilbert Cette (Banque de France), Bruno Decreuse (AMSE), Rémy Lecat (Banque de France), Patrick Pintus (AMSE) »
