Statistic reviews relating to the Short and Medium-Term Securities market have been revised thanks to the new information system and new communication tools between domiciling institutions and Banque de France (Noria)
These reviews are available on the website of Banque de France; the access is free.
They are published on daily, weekly and monthly frequencies, each with a different degree of granularity
Reviews are published at (d+1) in comparison with the date of collected data.

The outstanding amounts are calculated based on information on issues provided to the Banque de France by issuers and by their domiciling institutions pursuant to article D.213-14 of the Monetary and Financial Code, article 4 of the decree of 31 December 1998 and article 8 of the Decree of 16 February 2005. The Banque de France shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions or delays by reporting institutions.
