Securities, loans and deposits
Statistics on deposits and loans describe the principal transactions conducted by banks and other credit institutions with their clients. They thus cover various aspects of the financial behaviour of economic agents (demand for money, supply of and demand for credit, financing channels, etc.)
The national financial accounts provide an overview of economic agents' investment and borrowing behaviour, the use of financial savings and the means of funding investment and consumption.
